How Tuition Works at JWSD

Tuition at JWSD is charged on the first or the ninth (by request) of each month by total hours of dance class taken by a student per week. Our tuition works on a decreasing scale in an effort to make dance affordable for committed dancers that take multiple hours weekly. 

For those of you with a dancer taking one class weekly, the monthly tuition is simple to calculate: For dancers taking a 45 minute class (.75 hours), tuition is $80/monthly, or for an hour long class, tuition is $90/monthly, etc.

If your dancer is taking multiple classes a week, simply calculate the total time commitment for your dancer and refer to the tuition chart below to find the corresponding tuition amount. 

Note: On your monthly statement, the amount charged per class your dancer is enrolled in has automatic discounts applied by Jackrabbit. That means that the amount for each class may vary, but you should refer to the total amount posted/charged when checking for accurate billing. 

If you have multiple dancers enrolled, tuition is calculated the same way for each individual student and then a multi-student discount is also applied to the total tuition. To read specifics about our multi-student discount, scroll to the bottom of this page.
