"Bring a Friend" Week
Every 15th-21st of the Month
Our current JWSD dancers in the recreational program can bring a friend to class once a month during our new "Bring a Friend" week events!
Please only invite friends that are within the age range for your dancer's class. Your dancer's friend must register before attending by selecting the "Bring a Friend" event on our calendar for the date they plan to attend their friend's class.
This event is free for our dancer's friends, no payment information is required on the registration form for the event!
Parent's Night Out Events
Last Friday of Each Month
Every month on the last Friday that JWSD is open (excludes holidays!) from 6 pm to 9 pm, we will host a parent's night out (PNO) event! Kids ages 3-12 are invited to participate.
Our PNO's include a fun craft in the theme of the event, some light dance instruction, many energy-burning group games, and delicious pizza! We will conclude with a "wind-down" period at the end of the event in preparation for impending bed times.
Fees:
The price for current JWSD families is discounted at $35 for the first child, then $15 for each additional sibling.
For new families that are not currently enrolled with us at JWSD, the price is $50 for the first child, then $25 for each additional sibling.
Enrollment minimums apply - PNO's with low enrollment will be canceled with 3-5 days notice to enrolled families.
Register for a Parent's Night Out Event
New Years Eve Sleepover

The New Years Sleepover is back! Kids ages 5+ are welcome to join us for a fun-filled evening packed with activities, including classic dance camp games, choreography, karaoke, dress up, and a special craft-making session. We will also welcome the new year with sparklers and confetti poppers! A "quiet" room will be set up for the duration of the event for any child needing a break or wishing to sleep.
Kids attending the sleepover will be put into groups by age where they will participate in age appropriate games and activities. There will be mixed-age portions of the sleepover, such as dinner, some games for all ages, & the new years countdown. Each group will have an assigned teacher that will be responsible for those kiddos for the event, while one teacher will be overseeing the event as a whole. The age groups are subject to some modification based on enrollment, but will likely be as follows:
5-8 years | 8-12 years | 12+ years
Schedule: Drop-off is scheduled between 6:00-6:30 PM on December 30th, and pick-up is from 8:00-8:30 AM on New Years Day. Note: Sleeping over is not required if you'd like to pick your kiddo up earlier!
Fees: The fee for the NYE sleepover is $100 for the first child, $50 for each additional sibling. A $25 deposit per child registered is due upon registration for our NYE Sleepover and is non-refundable except in event of cancelation.
What to Bring: Plan on packing a sleeping bag, pillow, pajamas, and personal hygiene products.
