A non-refundable registration fee is due upon enrollment and will be processed with the billing information provided on your account.

Monthly tuition due on the 1st
(or 9th with prior approval).
A $20.00 late fee will be applied on the 12th of the month if tuition/fees unpaid.

Summer Tuition due in full by the first class day of session.
Students who have not paid full tuition by the first class will be dropped. To continue with the class, the family must pay full tuition with an additional $15 late fee.

We highly recommend keeping a valid credit card/bank information on file for ease of billing/payment.
We will accept cash if you a credit card/bank information is not available.

We do not pro-rate tuition for shorter/longer months, drops, missed classes, or days studio closed. We will pro-rate only for students who start after the first week of the month.
Makeup classes can be scheduled for missed classes.
Withdrawal from Classes

To withdraw from a class, please email dropnotice@jwsdcrosspark.com.
Notice must be submitted before the first day of your child’s last month.
For example: If a withdraw notice is submitted on April 4th, May will be the student’s last month. You are responsible for April and May’s tuition.
Non-attendance is not considered withdrawal from class.

Payments received are applied to charges in the order in which they were billed.
Accounts more than 60 days overdue will will be deactivated, and the student restricted from participating until the account is current, or a payment plan is agreed upon with studio manager.
Accounts must have a $0 balance to participate in recitals and performances.

No food and drink other than water allowed in the building. Absolutely no peanut/nuts or peanut/nut products allowed! We have several dancers who are severely allergic and their lives are important to us!
